Buy: Curating and displaying listings of certified new and pre-owned multi-brand two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
Sell & Exchange: Providing preliminary online valuation tools, physical evaluation booking, and document processing to buy or trade in your existing vehicle.
Finance: Connecting users with trusted third-party financial institutions to offer flexible EMI plans, loan eligibility checks, and financing solutions.
3. Role as a Consultancy & Informational Disclaimer
Consulting Nature: Wheelsmart acts as a facilitator and multi-brand consultant connecting buyers, sellers, and financial institutions. We bridge the gap between automotive brands and consumers; we are not the direct vehicle manufacturer.
Pricing & Specifications Accuracy: All prices (including ex-showroom estimates, on-road prices, and regional taxes), interest rates, EMI calculations, and vehicle specifications displayed on the Platform are for informational and planning purposes only. Final commercial transactions, vehicle availability, and actual on-road pricing must be finalized in person at our physical store consultancies.
Test Drives & Inspections: Scheduled test drives and certified vehicle inspections are subject to seasonal availability, local store inventories, and internal verification parameters.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
When using our Platform, submitting forms, or requesting quotes, you agree:
To provide accurate, truthful, and updated personal details, including contact numbers, financial profiles, and existing vehicle registration documents (RC, Insurance, ID Proof) for valuation or loan processing.
Not to use the Platform for speculative, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
Not to engage in automated data collection, scraping, or copying of text, graphics, or layout designs from the Platform without prior written permission from Wheelsmart management.
5. Communications and Privacy Consent
Your privacy is deeply integrated into our values. By submitting your name, phone number, or vehicle information via our query forms, you explicitly provide consent for Wheelsmart, our corporate employees, and our localized store consultancies to reach out to you via phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp alerts to fulfill your inquiry. Data utilization is subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Finance & Partner Links
Our financing services are fulfilled via integrations or partnerships with external banking institutions and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
Loan approvals, interest rates, processing timelines (typically 24 to 48 hours), and eligibility metrics are determined solely by the respective financial partner.
Wheelsmart is not liable for loan rejections, processing fee adjustments, or contractual disputes between the user and the financing bank.
7. Intellectual Property
The Wheelsmart logo, brand tagline (“Your Next Ride Starts Here”), specific page designs, and curated informational text are the exclusive intellectual property of the Wheelsmart Group and its design partners. Any unauthorized exploitation or mirroring of the website content is subject to legal action under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, Wheelsmart, its corporate partners, and its retail store network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from digital service delays, errors in vehicle pricing estimates, temporary portal downtime, or data discrepancies occurring before an official physical contract is signed at a verified branch location.
9. Indemnification
You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Wheelsmart, its management, and retail employees from any third-party claims, structural damages, legal fees, or liabilities resulting from fraudulent documentation submitted by you during a vehicle sale, trade-in valuation, or finance application.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect platform upgrades, regulatory compliance changes across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, or new service rollouts. Any updates become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
11. Governing Law & Local Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any official legal claims, disputes, or proceedings arising from the use of this online Platform shall be filed exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, where the corporate operations are centered.
